Amber Listserv / Chiapas amber- lower Cretaceous???

Kirk's hearsay information about Chiapas amber being triple the age I
thought it to be is... well, hard to believe.
Geological and inclusions data that I know of, do not support such claim.
Is there scientific work out there, peer reviewed, that I do not know of?

Kirk, I would like to learn more about this, please share your info.
