Amber Listserv / CDs to go with the amber book

DearDoug.
   I have to make the CDs on my computer which is no problem but I  
have a little more difficulty with the labels.  They could be  
inserted into the book if I just put them in a paper envelope and  
that would cut down on the cost of producing them also.     Here is a  
sample of what the pictures look like:   this is Chpter 1 figure 1
