Amber Listserv / Amber fakes

As some of you know I have contacted eBay, the major news channels, 20/20 and 60 minutes on this problem with no results.
   
  There is one problem here that none of you have mentioned.
   
  When someone says "Amber Dragon, "Amber necklace", and so forth they have an "Out" with eBay.
   
  When eBay confronts them with the fact that the item is not amber they say "It is amber colored".   If you take a look at some of these auctions the person never says this is a natural amber necklace, they simply say it is an amber necklace just like you would say this is a yellow necklace.
   
  This is why a lot of these auctions are not being pulled by eBay.  This is a very misleading practice but it is not illegal, it is just very dishonest.
