Well summarized Adam! I agree on your overview of amber qualities.
I can add that for me Madagascar copal is the best, because of its crystal clear structure and it's ability to preserve the inclusions in full color!

  Canadian is the best because the Canadians never get into trouble.

  And Borneo/Indonesian is the best because it is found in such huge pieces.
