Ron,

That list of inclusions is really amazing. I looked on your website and couldn't find any pictures of these....any chance of posting some to the list?

With the current thinking leaning toward a definitive bird / dinosaur relationship, is there any thought that your cretaceous feathers may be from a dinosaur?

Its been a while since I have left communication on Burmite. The supply of specimens is always tight as usual. We have enough rough rough amber but it takes a lot of time and effort to obtain polished specimens. It is always exciting to find an insect in this material and something new is always popping up.. The other day I just came across a real nice earwig with intact spider webbing on its pinchers. So far we have found 2 mushrooms( one of which is a first in the fossil record), 3 feathers, a complete scorpian, a complete reptile foot, 2 possible snake skins, first weevil, nice ants, a lot of new strange looking flies, 6 flowers etc. What is really nice about Burmite is the great preservtion of the insects that is found. Thanks, Ron
