Hi guys,
This cognac/chocolate chunk's about 1.1kg, hard as heck to sand, impervious
to acetone and has a very interesting flat bottom, which I couldn't bring
myself to work on. Looks like this amber was formed on a drying body of
water (most likely the bed of a river that changed direction or was drying
out due to drought). The photo doesn't do justice to the high gloss on the
worked area.
