Tom, I've gathered from the past several postings that identification of an
insect within amber is rather difficult and sometimes subject to ambiguity.

For a change, let's try to identify an insect that's outside some copal. And
as we all know copal is rather young, so this insect as per attached photo
is IMHO, extant.
