Amber Listserv / Usb camera,video to still switch?

Hello all,Thanks everyone for info on my question about cracks in amber.I have another question ,maybe some of you computer wizards can help me with,I just got a usb pc video camera which fits my trinocular.I have installed the software and it works fine --but only in video format.My computer is a Dell and I am using Windows Vista home  Premium.The pamphlet that comes with the camera says that it can take still images but I am unable to configure the computer to allow it.Perhaps someone has a suggestion?Thanks,Hope all users are well,Jim Kane
