Amber Listserv / fungus gnat

Hi gang. How are you all doing on this cold and snowy New York morning? While going through some rough Baltic that my nephew gave me for Christmas....I came across this little guy. By using Dr. Ross' book I've got him ID'd as a dark winged fungus gnat, nematocera: sciaridea. Any comments confirming or refuting my ID are welcome. Thanks.
