I entirely agreed with Tom about the previous use (at least by Hans and coll.) of X-ray CT to examine biological inclusions. I was a little bit surprized by this sentence of "first use" of this approach. Maybe they have think mainly about the "dissection" (scan) aspect of this observation ?? Just a speculation... Pierre
