Adam - Thank you for your return email. I think both Keith and Scott are  
very Knowledgeable. I hope to eventually put the entire collection of images on  
CD. We'll have to see how that goes. We are not really looking for  valuation, 
just identification. When we get back to photographing, I will shoot  some of 
the pseudo scorpion for you.
 
Don - In the D.R. it is all about who you know. A very good friend of ours  
(me and my bus. partner on this particular deal) worked for us in the states.  
He was an anthropologist in the D.R. and he introduced us to a  couple of the 
mine owners he knew personally. We also had the head of the  Museum of Natural 
History authenticate the collection prior to bringing it back  home, once 
again with the help of our friend. Not that we needed the  authentication at the 
time since we bought the pieces from the mine  owners and saw the mines but we 
thought it might come in handy in the  future.  We bought this collection 
back in 2003.
