No... and here's why: most of the best pieces were made as an order: high
price piece and usually classical theme.
Large pieces (over kilo or more) are rare and costly. Hard for new and
aspiring artists to get their hands on.
Remember the amber necklace by Picasso? I posted the picture to the
listserve a while ago... Ordinary improved Baltic amber- just that the
pieces were somewhat unusual in shape. And probabely no one realised the
name WAS Picasso- a relative of the master.
Your resin comes in sizes very much suitable for such shapes.
I hope you can get prices close to what this Moore piece sold for !
