They're not pincers, they're mating apparatus called emboli. They're 
used as sperm storage by the male. During mating, they're inserted 
into the female and the sperm is deposited within. They're a very 
valuable identification aid for extant and extinct spiders.

What you've got there is a mature male spider :)
