I know that sounds lousy but with my business I had on average about 7 or 8 people a week trying to use stolen and bogus credit card numbers
and money orders are worse they can be printed at home and the banks cant tell sure theirs a ten day hold on them before you get your money but when their from out of country it can take weeks before it hits were it came from just to be found fraudulent and even though the bank has given you your money you are still responsible for the funds and have to give it back
their are hundreds of websites were you can go to get credit card numbers and all the information you need to purchase on line
one of the most popular things for eBay is what they call a clone auction they copy your auction  and have the money sent to them this is almost impossible to stop because they start and stop their
id every month and since it only takes a credit card number to start it easy when they use those web sites most of the time the owners of the card never now because their card hasn't been stolen just their info from being careless on line
when I buy from eBay I buy from long time sellers that have sold allot of product I now this sound obvious but you would be surprised how many people don't look and just buy because its the cheapest
