Amber Listserv / The Deniz Eren Burmite amber Collection

My collection of about 275 specimens of the finest and rarest Burmite amber specimens has been sold to Deniz Eren a private collector in Istanbul Turkey.



She has agreed to let scientests now or in the future study any of the pieces they desire. Those wishing to study this collection can contact me and I will work with Deniz in accomplishing this. They will however have to be willing to travel to Istabanbul Turkey as the collection will not be leaving the country.



Jim Davis does still have raw amber and we have found a person who will be searching for insects. The insects that are found will first be offered  to Deniz to further establish the collection.



The situation in Burma and the trade restrictions still make it impossible to get any amber or specimens from the area.
